Terms of Use
Last updated
Downloading and using DitherBoy means accepting these terms. Briefly: shoot as much as you like, the photos are yours, and the app is provided as it is.
Scope
These terms cover the DitherBoy iOS app published by DSTUDIO and this website. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app and delete it.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app. It is not transferable.
Please do not reverse-engineer the app, copy, redistribute or resell it, or extract and distribute parts of it separately.
The photos you make
Photos you take with the app are entirely yours. The developer claims no rights over them and, in any case, never receives them.
You are responsible for what you photograph and what you do with it. Please do not use the app in ways that infringe others’ rights or break the law.
The app as provided
The app is provided "as is". There is no guarantee that it will work on a particular device or OS version, that it will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors.
The app stores photos only on your device and offers no backup. Export anything you care about to Photos, or back it up separately.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for data loss or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
The app’s features may change with updates, and these terms may change too. Any change revises the "last updated" date above.
Distribution of the app may be discontinued; a copy already installed remains usable.
App Store
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Where the two conflict, Apple’s terms prevail.
Apple is not a party to these terms. Responsibility for the app rests with DSTUDIO, not Apple.
